Het ‘Melkhuis’ dankt zijn naam aan de koehouderij die vroeger op dit adres gevestigd was tot 1982. Sinds 2002 doet de uit natuurlijke materialen opgetrokken nieuwbouw dienst als B&B. Door het gebruik van warme kleuren ademt het moderne interieur gezelligheid en autenticiteit uit.Wij bevinden ons op slechts 12 minuten stappen van het Centraal Station. Bij aankomst wordt u bij een kopje thee wegwijs gemaakt in de stad met behulp van een stadsplan. Diverse stadsgidsjes kunnen gebruikt worden. Fietsen gratis te gebruiken. Openbaar vervoer is vlakbij.

Le nom ‘Melkhuis’ vient du ferme qui était là jusqu’à 1982. La chambre d’hôtes ‘Melkhuis’ est une chambre d’hôtes écologique depuis 2002 dans le centre ville, 12 minutes à pied du Gare Centrale. En buvant une tasse de thé et un plan de ville, nous pouvons vous donner de l’information touristique. Il y a aussi des differentes guides que vous pouvez utiliser.  Le transport public est tout près. Il y a des vélos a utiliser gratuit.

The ‘Melkhuis’ owes his name from the farm who was there untill 1982. We build (2002 ) there a ecological house/ Bed and Breakfast in the center of Antwerp; only 12 minuts walking from the Central Station. With a nice cup of tea and a city map we like to give you touristic information about the city. Public transport is nearby. We have bikes to use for free.
